Below are the detailed instructions on how to get set up and log into our website. On the website, as an owner you will be able to view your checks and year end statment details (1099s). If you are an operator, there are many things you can obtain off of our website. You will be able to see the check detail and export it to Excel, view your lease run statements, run tickets, pay lists (rendition statements) and year end statment details (1099s). Please follow the directions below to get started.

  1. Go to our website at
  2. On the left-hand side, click on "Owner/Operator Area"
  3. Below the login fields, find and click on the blue link labeled "Register as a new user"
  4. You will then fill in the blanks to all the questions of the registration page that displays. On the password, make sure that you include a special character (example: *&%#@), at least one upper-case letter and at least one lower case letter, and at least one number.
  5. Once you have successfully created your new account, the information will be reviewed. For some users including lease operators and counties, the information will need to be reviewed by the either the administrator of the counterparty or by the Crude Oil Accounting department. The webpage will indicate if your account request will need to be reviewed, and you will receive an email when the review is complete.
  6. Once your account has been reviewed, you will receive an email indicating that you need to click on a link to verify your email address. Click on the link when the email arrives to complete this process. This will ensure that you properly receive email notifications from CHS Inc.
